SVIndien het kwaad in zijn mond zoet is, hij dat verbergt, onder zijn tong,
WLCאִם־תַּמְתִּ֣יק בְּפִ֣יו רָעָ֑ה יַ֝כְחִידֶ֗נָּה תַּ֣חַת לְשֹׁונֹֽו׃

’im-tamətîq bəfîw rā‘â yaḵəḥîḏennâ taḥaṯ ləšwōnwō:


ACיב  אם-תמתיק בפיו רעה--    יכחידנה תחת לשנו
ASVThough wickedness be sweet in his mouth, Though he hide it under his tongue,
BEThough evil-doing is sweet in his mouth, and he keeps it secretly under his tongue;
